Asheville is known for its incredible brewery scene, so if you have time while you’re in town, we highly recommend visiting a few local favorites. Some great options include DSSOLVR, Hi-Wire Brewing, Burial Beer, Green Man Brewing Co., and Wicked Weed, all great spots to experience Asheville’s craft beer culture.
The Marquee is a large artist market filled with local makers and vintage finds. While you’re there, take time to walk around the River Arts District along the French Broad River, where you’ll find galleries, studios, murals, and plenty of local art to explore.
Nestled in the Southern Appalachian Mountains just south of Asheville, The North Carolina Arboretum offers acres of cultivated gardens and miles of trails featuring some of the most beautiful, botanically-diverse plants in the region.
