Our story is nothing short of a testimony on how faith, patience, prayers, obedience and divine timing worked hand in hand to bring forth two souls that were destined to become one. PAUL's P.O.V From the moment I laid eyes on Brandy at church, I knew there was something special about her. I was drawn to her like no other. I remember when I finally worked up the courage to ask her out on a date and she said yes- I was thrilled! By the second date I already knew she was the one and told myself I am going to marry this woman. I knew God had blessed me with my future wife. Our vision and dreams matched, she was everything I desired in a woman, plus everything connected so effortlessly. As we are about to be married, I know without a shadow of a doubt that Brandy and I are meant to be there for each other during this life and into the eternity. She is the light of my life and I feel extremely blessed to have found her. BRANDY's P.O.V I was first formally introduced to Paul by one of the sister missionaries during linger longer that's held after the second hour of church. Paul had such a reserved demeanor, yet was still polite and welcoming. At the next linger longer, a group of us decided to sit around a large table to converse and get better acquainted. Paul sat right across from me and continuously stared in my direction. For the first time I saw the side of him that was relaxed, witty, charming, intellectual, attentive and outspoken. The conversation amongst us really left a lasting impression on me. I was in total denial of the crush I had on Paul from that moment on. I just knew I started looking forward to seeing him again. We began to converse for hours, both in person and over the phone; leading up to our first date. That first date confirmed there was something divine about our meet. We had too much in common. Our goals, values, desires were in such perfect alignment; at one point I seriously wondered if Paul had the ability to read my mind. The connection was like anything I have ever seen or felt. Still, I needed to pray about it to ensure this was the path designed by Heavenly Father. Through every prayer, I received revelation that confirmed this was it. Paul consistently showed up in ways that only God knew the answers to. I thank God everyday for allowing our paths to cross on his perfect timing.
