Paul and Becca each decided to test their luck on Match. Their 2021 started off perfectly. Paul made the first move with a simple “hello” on January 1st. The conversations eventually lead to text messages and then finally a meet up. They met at Grand Haven State Park and enjoyed each other's company while walking along the beach. Between Paul’s love for photography and Becca's love for water, they have had so many unforgettable adventures already. In August of 2022, they took on North Cascades and Becca was so anxious and just had this “feeling” that Paul was going to propose. When that didn’t happen, she thought “ok, maybe one of our October camping trips”. Again, still didn’t happen. Fast forward to the week of Thanksgiving. Paul was acting a little strange and REALLY wanted to make the sunset on Wednesday. With the sun going down so early and Becca working an hour away, she wasn’t sure they would make it. They did and it was a beautiful November evening. Paul got down on one knee, at Grand Haven State Park, where they had first met. It was perfect and 100% them. They are so grateful to have found their perfect match and ecstatic to begin this journey together with so many great things ahead of them.
