I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are having stations not personalized meals. When selecting the menu, we kept in mind many dietary restrictions to make sure there's something delicious for everyone. If you're concerned, please contact us directly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress smart but comfortable. Button downs, slacks, sundresses, and nice blouses are all encouraged. Full suits and shorts are discouraged during the ceremony and the first few hours of the reception.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please refer to your RSVP card. We made careful considerations to invite everyone we can. If we did not address your invite with a plus one, please feel free to travel with them and bring them to the ceremony but we cannot seat them at the reception.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:30 but the site is large and does involve significant walking to reach the ceremony location. Please plan ahead and arrive early. If you arrive late, please be quiet as you walk down the path but do come down to the creek to see us married off.

What is Catawissa?

Answer

We're getting married on the banks of the Catawissa Creek on the bed and breakfast property. Since it rhymes with Alyssa's name we added it as the hashtag/web address.

Question

How will I get to the hotel safely if I have been drinking?

Answer

There is a shuttle to and from the wedding site. Starting at 3pm with a shuttle trip. There will be 2 trips only with the last trip from the hotel leaving promptly at 3:40. The shuttle will be boarding back to the hotel at 9:30 and 11:30 after the reception.
