What should I do if I can't make it?

What's the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in cocktail/semi-formal attire! Think elevated summer garden party vibes. Please avoid wearing jeans, white, ivory, or very light tones out of respect for the bride and groom! Please see the “Dress Code” tab for inspiration!

Are kids welcome?

We adore kids, but for this special day, we’re keeping things intimate. Only children in the wedding party or close family will be included. We hope you enjoy a relaxing night out!

We wish we could celebrate with everyone you love, but we're keeping things intimate and can only accommodate the guests named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. The main entrance will be closed once the ceremony begins to avoid disruptions. If you arrive late, you'll be asked to wait until the ceremony concludes before entering. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Where is the ceremony/reception taking place?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held in Minneola, FL at Sterling Event Venue (20524 County Rd 455, Minneola, FL 34715).

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! There is free/self parking at the venue. Follow signs upon arrival!

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

We suggest flying into MCO (Orlando) Airport for shorter commute and budgeting purposes.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony—we’d love for you to be fully present. Our photographer will capture everything and we’ll share the photos after! Feel free to take pictures and videos during the reception!

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors under the beautiful Florida sky! The reception will follow indoors—AC included where you can cool off and dance the night away!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 28, 2026 so we can finalize all final details! If we do not receive your RSVP by this date we will mark you as a "no".
