Fly into Licenciado Gustavo Diaz Ordaz International Airport aka Puerto Vallarta International Airport. Uber is your friend here in Puerto Vallarta for rides, so make sure someone in your party has the app. We find that taking an Uber from the airport is your best bet. For Uber, you will walk outside of the airport and cross the pedestrian bridge you'll see to your left and your uber will pick you up there. (You can also grab a way cheaper beer/tequila while you wait here instead of the bar outside the airport ;)) *Uber does not enter the airport for pick-ups* If walking across with luggage doesn't suit you, there are plenty of available Taxi's out-front waiting- they typically cost more than Uber but, it's at your convenience of not having to cross over.
