How do I book my room?

Answer

You'll receive an email from Sunwing with room options and detailed pricing within a week. When you're ready to book, follow the instructions you receive in the email.

When should I book by?

Answer

You have until March 24, 2026 to book and pay your initial deposit of $150 per person. After that, you'll have until August 28, 2026 to pay the balance.

How much am I expected to spend?

Answer

It will be around $2,000 per person (taxes included) for 7 nights. Children are less (please ask the Sunwing rep for more information) The initial deposit is $150 per person (regardless of room choice). FYI This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

What dates should I book for?

The preferred travel dates are November 12-19, 2026. The Sunwing rep will have those prices readily available. However, if you can't make that work, please arrange your travel around the date of the wedding, which is November 16, 2026.

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes! There is a waterpark onsite as well as an indoor play place for kids. There are also day care services available for an extra fee. Rates for children: Under 2 years old: $42 per child (your child must be under by the return date/ November 19, 2026) 2-12 years old: $1400-$1500

What airport are we flying out of?

Answer

We'll be flying our of Pearson but if you're not local to Toronto, please tell the Sunwing rep and they will pull a quote based on the airport you are travelling from.

Will be transportation be provided to the hotel once we land?

Yes!

Do I have to stay at this resort?

Answer

No, you don't have to stay at the resort. If you choose, you can stay at a neighbouring resort and join us for any scheduled wedding related events/activities.
