Our venue offers on-site accommodations which we have blocked off specifically for our guests traveling from abroad. The venue will be exclusively for wedding guests throughout the weekend. Rooms are first come, first serve until fully booked. Bookings will be accepted until 01/11/2026. See below for booking instructions. These accommodations include a two-night stay from April 10th to April 12th, with meals included, for a value of R$1318 (about $200-250 in USD) per person. Note that this value is in the Brazilian currency. The price in USD will vary based on the current conversion rate at time of booking. E-Visa
A travel e-visa is now required for visitors using a USA or Canadian passport. Do not worry, the e-visa process is significantly simpler than the USA requirement for Brazilian travelers! All you need is to fill out an application and pay a fee of ~$80, and the e-visa will be electronically sent to you. This e-visa is valid for a period of 10 years. We recommend completing the e-visa application in advance to account for any delays! Please follow this link to apply for your E-Visa. Passport reminder
If you don’t already have a valid passport, be sure to apply for one well in advance! Many airlines require a valid passport number at the time of booking for international travel. Please also make sure your passport will be valid for at least six months beyond your departure date, as this is a common requirement for international entry.

We recommend flying into Confins International Airport (CNF) in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil. This is about a 2:30 hour drive to the venue.

Transportation
We have received a custom transportation quote from Smart Taxi BH that will allow you 2 different options for transport from the airport to Ouro Preto. This is a professional driving service that take these routes routinely. They have come highly recommended for safety and reliability. For either car size option, you can request an English speaking driver for an additional R$300,00 (~$55 USD). Option 1: Executive Sedan (fits up to 3 passengers) R$550,00 total (conversion in USD is ~$100) Split between 3 people is ~$30 per person Option 2: Executive SUV (fits up to 4 passengers) R$750,00 (conversion in USD is ~$140) Split between 4 people is ~$35 per person These rides need to be booked beforehand and cannot be called like Ubers. Visiting Ouro Preto
Thursday (Apr 9): Arrive at CNF (morning/mid-day). Take a Private Transfer (recs coming soon) directly to Ouro Preto and check into your hotel. Things to do: Ouro Preto is defined by its stunning Baroque churches and museums, offering great dining options such as refined cuisine at Bené da Flauta and casual drinks at Escadabaixo Bar Cozinha.
