How We Met 28/06/2024

From Italy to America, Our Love Has Crossed Continents — Join Us in November 2026 to Celebrate our Love!

It all started at my best friend's wedding in Italy, where we were complete strangers, until one conversation changed everything. We were introduced by a friend who noticed that we had similar interests. We bonded over our shared heritage, values, and a deep abiding love for Africa. It felt like fate, as if the universe was moving us towards this encounter. The distance only made our connection stronger. After long late-night talks, laughter, and moments that made our hearts feel at home, we’re now ready to celebrate this beautiful union with the people who mean the most to us. Our love story is just the beginning, and we can’t wait to share it with you all.

Special Thanks

As we embark on this incredible journey together, we are filled with immense gratitude for the love, support, and joy that surrounds us. Our celebration in November 2026, is not just about two hearts coming together, but about all the moments, memories, and traditions that have shaped our story. This day will be a reflection of the love we've shared, the bond we've built, and the dreams we’re excited to live together. We can’t wait to celebrate with you, surrounded by the warmth of family, friends, and the traditions that have guided us along the way. Thank you for being part of our lives. Your presence means the world to us, and we look forward to creating new memories with you on this special day. With all our love, The Ohias

Our African Roots: A Foundation of Love and Legacy

Our relationship is built not only on love but on the deep and rich culture that has shaped us both. As we come together to celebrate this special union, we recognize the profound influence our African heritage has had on our journey. Our shared connection to Africa is not just a part of our past; it is a living, breathing part of who we are. The values of community, respect, resilience, and love for one another are woven into the fabric of our lives. These teachings guide us, strengthen us, and inspire us every day. Together, we dream of returning to Africa, reconnecting with our roots, and reclaiming what is rightfully ours. We believe that it is our duty to teach our future children about the beauty, strength, and power of our heritage the history that runs deep in our veins and the traditions that bind us across generations. By passing on these values, we hope to raise a new generation that is grounded in the love and wisdom of Africa. We are committed to honoring our culture, preserving its teachings, and living by the principles that have stood the test of time. This journey is about more than just two people coming together; it’s about honoring our ancestors, embracing our heritage, and ensuring that the richness of Africa lives on in our hearts and in the hearts of those who come after us.
