To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However the deadline is October 5th 2025. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date we cannot make expceptions and will mark you as a ‘no’ We need to provide the total guest count to our venue in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.
Due to limited space, we can ONLY ACCOMMODATE GUESTS WHO ARE FORMALLY INVITED. If you’ve received a plus one, they’ll be specifically addressed on the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the name of the people in the invitation are in attendance! Thank you for understanding.
While we absolutely love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. The only exceptions are a few immediate family members who are part of the wedding party and will be heading out after the ceremony. We hope you enjoy a fun night off and celebrate with us!
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer, content creator and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos you feel like.
The ceremony will take place outdoors, hopefully under sunny skies! ☀️ Cocktail hour will also be outside but in a covered area, so you’ll have some shade while you sip and mingle. The reception will then move indoors for dinner and dancing. Please dress comfortably for the weather, stay hydrated, and don’t forget your sunscreen! ;)
We love and appreciate all of our guests, smokers included but our venue has a strict no smoking or vaping policy ANYWHERE on the property (yes, even outside). This rule isn’t flexible: if anyone is caught smoking or vaping, the venue will issue an immediate $1,500 fine, which will be passed directly to the person responsible. We know we have smokers on both sides of the family (and among our friends), and while we wish that weren’t the case 😉, we kindly ask that everyone respects this rule so we can all enjoy the night without unexpected costs. Thank you so much for understanding and keeping it smoke-free for the sake of our venue, our wallets, and the party!
Yes! We’ll be offering signature cocktails and beer for our guests to enjoy. We kindly ask that everyone drinks responsibly, as we’ve arranged a set bar limit for the evening. Thank you for celebrating with us! Update - We spoke with our vendor, and they confirmed that all attendees will be required to show ID, and self-service will not be permitted.
Wear whatever makes you feel your best! Semi-formal is what we’re aiming for, but your comfort and style matter most.
