When should I RSVP by?

3o September 2026 - Please RSVP as soon as possible; do not wait until the last day. If no RSVP is received, we will miss you! No exceptions will be made for late RSVPs.....

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we would love to have your bundles of joy there, this is a kids-free wedding. The only exception that has been made is for immediate family.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

No, your invitations are specifically addressed to your names. Please do not bring them on the day, it'll be an awkward drive home....

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking at the venue. If you are staying at the on-site accommodation, please park there. The walk isn't far to the ceremony, we promise! If you are planning on drinking & not staying over, please uber.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the ceremony; the ceremony starts at 4 PM SHARP! If you are late, you won't be allowed into the ceremony. Please plan your travel arrangements accordingly to allow for delays.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please include a note in your RSVP or message either Paula or Richard directly. PS, this is only for our guests who have allergies or religious reasons. If you are a picky eater, the menu is buffet style, and you will have plenty to choose from.

Is it a cash bar or open bar?

Answer

It will be a cash bar; tabs are allowed. The bar will be stocked with enough booze for everyone, with a nice array of options.
