Por favor, nada blanco/casi blanco/beige/gris claro. Cual quiere otro color como rojo o negro esta bien. Please nothing white/close to white/beige/light grey. Any other colors such as red or black is ok.

Answer

Preferimos que se arreglan bonito, pero no necesitan vesitarse fancy. No levis o tenis. We would prefer that you dress up but no need to be fancy. No jeans or sneakers.
