Question

What is included when I pay for my stay at Camp Mataponi?

Answer

$175/person may sound like a lot, but this will cover a two night stay in one of our cabins, your sheets in the cabin, all five meals you will need throughout the weekend, drinks during the Welcome Party and the open bar during our Reception, and access to all of the fun activities that Camp Mataponi has to offer!

Question

I can't pay for my reservation on Venmo, do I have other options?

Answer

Yes!! Feel free to pay using Paypal, Apple Cash, OR contact Eva/Paul and we can figure out an option for checks/cash.

Question

What happens if I don't pay for my stay at Camp Mataponi?

Answer

Anyone who hasn't paid for their stay at Camp Mataponi will NOT get a cabin assigned to them. You are still invited to the wedding assuming you've responded you are attending, but you will not have a cabin at the end of the night and will have to find another place to stay.

Question

Will my cabin have electricity?

Answer

Yes!! Each cabin will have lights and multiple power outlets for charging phones, using curling irons, steamers, and more.

Question

Will I have a bathroom in my cabin?

Answer

Yes! Each cabin has at least one bathroom complete with a private, flushable toilet and shower.

Question

Will I have to stay in a cabin with someone I don't know?

Answer

Nope! We have more than enough room to accommodate each person within their families or friend groups. If you do have any concerns however, feel free to reach out to Eva or Paul.

Question

I'm going to be coming in late on Friday... will I still be able to check in?

Answer

Absolutely! Camp Mataponi will have employees out late into the night / early into the morning on Friday for anyone arriving later. If you're still worried, feel free to reach out to Eva to help organize a plan for you to get the key to your cabin.

Question

What should I wear to the Welcome Party?

Answer

Whatever you feel most comfortable in! We would prefer something on the "nicer" side, but this isn't a super formal event. Always remember that you'll only be a couple minute walk from your cabin if you'd like to change later in the evening.

Question

What should I wear to the Ceremony & Reception?

Answer

Cocktail attire please! If you're looking for a guideline, see this article: https://www.brides.com/cocktail-attire-wedding-4844364
