When/where is the wedding?
Answer
Our wedding will take place on Saturday, August 2, 2025 @ 5 PM at The Fort William Henry Hotel & Conference Center - specifically at the Carriage House located in the back of the property. The ceremony will take place on grass outside, and the reception will follow inside at the Carriage House. Please arrive 15-30 minutes early to allow all guests to be seated prior to the ceremony starting.

Can I bring a date or my kids?

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those specifically listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

What should I wear?
Answer
Our dress code is Semi-Formal - meaning tuxes, gowns, suits, and cocktail dresses are welcome.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of free parking available, even if you are not staying at the hotel.

Are there hotel room blocks?
Answer
No, unfortunately the hotel does not allow for specific room blocks. It is first come first serve. Please visit the "Travel" section on our website for more information on accommodations.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We’re having an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off your phones and enjoy the moment with us. Photos are welcome during the reception!
