This was the day we met in person and had our first date. We went to Hendricks bbq in St. Charles. Then Mark decided he wanted to look for a rock to skip on the river. So we walked through frontier park looking for a skipable rock. We walked around until it got dark and finally it started to pour down raining.

We spent the whole day in St. Louis. Mark had planned a beautiful day. Starting the day at the aquarium and taking a ride on the wheel. Then he surprised me with tickets to The Glow at the botanical gardens, where he had my parents waiting to record the proposal. Then after we went to Charlie Gitto’s for dinner to celebrate.
