**Please note, our wedding is on a FRIDAY. We also have a Welcome Party on Thursday night (all are invited!). ** FLIGHTS We encourage you to fly into the Richmond, VA (RIC) airport if possible! There are many rental car options. There is a Charlottesville Airport with limited flight options- but if you find one- the airport is close by! Flights into Norfolk, VA (ORF) or Washington D.C. (DCA or IAD) are possible, but the drive to Charlottesville will be much longer. HOTELS Our preferred hotel is listed below. Our Welcome Party the night before (all are invited!) will be held inside the Kimpton. The Wedding Party + Immediate Family will be staying at the Kimpton, and we hope you can join us.

We are not providing transportation to the Church. We have provided transportation from the Kimpton hotel to Pippin Hill and back. We have allotted enough space for everyone invited (even those not staying at the hotel!). Given the windy and dark nature of the Charlottesville backroads, we highly recommend ubering or driving to the Kimpton and taking the bus- even if you are not staying there. The Kimpton has valet parking. It is the bride and grooms personal request that you stay until the very end of the reception.
