Patty Jo recently made a career pivot into aesthetic nursing where she now uses her vast knowledge of beauty standards to help others look their best (though her clients only wish they could look half as spectacular as she looks). Patty Jo has been dreaming of her wedding night since she was just a kid and can't wait to spend this special day with the people she loves the most.

Julia Urban has been Patty Jo's best friend since middle school. No one else in this world, including Isaac, understands Patty Jo's thoughts better than Julia. Julia and her husband Lane recently moved from Denver to Madison, where she now works as a hospice nurse. Julia has seen Isaac and Patty Jo's relationship through every step of the way. We likely would not be here today if not for Julia nudging Patty Jo in the right direction.

Lawrence "Larry" Andrea met Isaac in the dorms at Madison, WI. While he'll deny it to his death, Larry frequently sought reassurance that Isaac was his best friend, making it fitting that he's now Isaac's best man. Larry is a prominent journalist, traveling the world to find stories to tell. Don't be intimidated by Larry's reputation for striking up conversations with politicians, biker gangs, revolutionaries, or Milwaukee Bucks head coaches; he fits in just as well in a Wisconsin dive bar.
Allison Pimentel-Peña

Allison Pimentel-Peña is Patty Jo's cousin, childhood idol, and lifelong friend. The two of them are oftentimes indistinguishable in the way they talk, act, dress, and do just about anything. Allison will be returning to the Madison area with her new hubby Eric, where she will continue working as a pharmacist.
Sam Huettl
Groomsman
Sam Huettl has been stuck with Isaac in his life since he came out of the womb. Sam and Isaac best demonstrate their brotherly love through spirited debates and bets, proving that they truly never grew far from their childhood selves. Sam has actually known Patty Jo longer than any of the other groomsmen, vacationing with her (without Isaac) back in their adolescent years. Sam is the smartest and dumbest Huettl kid and can be found working as a chemical engineer in the Minneapolis area.
Bethany Wipperfurth
Bridesmaid
Bethany Wipperfurth took Patty Jo under her wing at Meriter Hospital in 2023, and the two nurses have been inseparable ever since. Bethany has been a ride-or-die friend for Patty Jo. In Bethany's eyes, Patty Jo has never done anything wrong and is perfect in every way. Bethany has likely already contacted the wedding DJ to make sure a few country songs make the playlist.
Brett Wronka
Groomsman
Brett Wronka befriended Isaac in the dorms at Madison. By day, Brett works in finance in Minneapolis, but he is mostly known for his sports-card-selling acumen. Brett has seen Isaac through some of the lowest of his lows, including a blown last-second layups in rec league playoff games. But he's also been there for the highs, such as earning recognition on the Milwaukee Bucks Twitter page for drunkenly cheering on our team an hour before the game started.
Maggie Huettl

Maggie Huettl may be Isaac's sister, but now that Patty Jo will be her sister-in-law, there's no question which sibling she favors the most. Maggie recently moved from Ladysmith back to the Twin Cities with her furry companion, Lola, where she works as a health inspector and in a water lab. While she thrives sitting in a quiet room putting together a puzzle, she will undoubtedly be tearing up the dance floor the night of the wedding.
Isaac Surges

Isaac "Surge" Surges first met Isaac kicking a soccer ball around with Larry in the hallways of the Madison dorms. Surge lives in Milwaukee working in commercial real estate, though he makes most of his money cashing in parlays. A truly underrated athlete, you can always find Surge on the tennis court or on the last leg of a marathon. Surges is ready to celebrate with Patty Jo and Isaac, so long as he can mix in a water between drinks.
