If you choose to stay outside of the resort you will be required to pay an $190 fee for a day pass the day of the wedding. PASSPORT PRICES & FEES

Answer

Acceptance Agent Fee: The acceptance agent will verify the identity of the applicant, witness signatures and review required documents. This is required for all applicants that need to apply for a new adult passport, replacement passport, or child passport. The fee is $35 and is paid at the acceptance agent facility, usually the post office or county clerk. New Passport (for adults age 16 and older): For a new adult passport book: $130 application fee and a $35 execution fee. The new total fee is $165. Passport Cards (for adults age 16 and older): The application fee is $30 and the execution fee is $35. The new total fee is $65. Again, this is only if you want a passport card but you’ve never had a passport before. If you already have a passport, use Form DS-82 to apply for a passport card by mail and avoid the execution fee. Lost, stolen or damaged passport replacement: The application fee is $130, the execution fee is $35 and the new total fee is $165.00. Passports for children under the age of 16: The application fee is $100.00 and the execution fee is $35.00, for a total of $135.00. Passport cards for children under the age of 16: The application fee is $15 and the execution fee is $35. The total cost is $50. Passport Renewal (by mail): If you’re renewing by mail, the fee remains $130.00. Passport renewals are only available to for adult passports (10-year validity), less than 5 years expired, and undamaged. Passport Card (by mail): The cost remains unchanged at $30 since no execution fee is necessary. Expedited Passport Services: Traveling sooner than 8-11 weeks? The standard processing time for an expedited passport is 5-7 weeks through the post office. If you need your passport even faster, there are additional options. Expedited Passport Services are available but services fees will apply, plus the cost of overnight shipping to and from the passport office. HOW FAR IS TULUM FROM CANCUN?

The distance from Cancun to Tulum is about 131 kilometers (81 miles). The journey by road takes between 1.5-2 hours depending on traffic and climatic conditions

CAN I DRIVE TO THE VENUE WITH MY RENTAL CAR?

Yes, you can and there will be plenty of parking at the venue for you.

WHERE SHOULD WE STAY IN TULULM?

We recommend staying in Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa Carretera Chetumal-Puerto Juarez Km. 236.7, 77760 Tulum, Q.R., Mexico as this is where most of the activity, hotels, and taxis will be. This in turn will make it easier for you to get around Mexico and explore. CAN I BRING A GUEST?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. However, this is your vacation also so of course you can invite anyone you'd like. Unfortunately, on the day of the wedding we won’t be able to accommodate anyone not listed on your invite We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your RSVP to the wedding events. The resort is a family friendly resort and guests can bring their children or friends on vacation, but the wedding events are RSVP only.

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 15th, 2022. This means not only notifying us here on our website but also reserving your accommodations thru the resort and putting down at least your first deposit. We suggest booking your accommodations ASAP due to the availability of certain rooms.

WHAT IS THE ENTRY REQUIRMENTS FOR MEXICO?

We recommend ordering your passport at 9 months in advance at your local USPS to insure it arrives on time.

DO I NEED TO BE VACCINATED TO GO TO MEXICO?

Answer

Currently the COVID - 19 vaccination is not required to enter Mexico or to return to the United States. A PCR or Rapid Antigen test is not required to enter Mexico. NOT require either to return to the United States.

Daily high temperatures increase by 2°F, from 84°F to 86°F, rarely falling below 77°F or exceeding 90°F. Daily low temperatures are around 63°F, rarely falling below 53°F or exceeding 70°F.

Yes, it is a good idea to have some cash in the local currency (pesos) for tips, taxi's, etc. There will also be an open bar so please remember to tip them as well

We completely understand! Our sincerest hope is that no one feels guilty. As you must make the best decision for your family, prior obligations and your budget. You will be met with total understanding and love from both of us. (Please let us know individually or through RSVP. You will be missed dearly, but please let us know ASAP and RSVP "No" so we can plan accordingly)
