When is my RSVP due?

Answer

We kindly ask that you let us know if you can join us by March 13, 2023 so that we can plan accordingly. Our final headcount is due March 16, 2023 and past that date we will no longer be able to accommodate new RSVPs. We hope you can make it!

What is Monday's Schedule?

Answer

4pm: Ceremony In The Lower Grove 5pm: Cocktails and Nibbles In Spruce Barn 6-10pm: Dinner and Dancing In Moondance Pavilion (open bar) 10-12am: After Party In the Roadhouse (cash/cc bar, but we recommend having cash on hand just in case technology fails!) The Ceremony is the only time we will be outdoors, but please be mindful of your footwear! You will get a map of the grounds upon your arrival so you'll know where to go for each event.

What Should I Wear?

Answer

Cocktail/Formal attire is requested- Dress to impress! The ceremony will take place outdoors, so do be mindful when picking your footwear. We encourage nice cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, floor length dresses, suits, etc. This is not a black tie event so there’s no need for tuxes, unless that’s what you feel great in! Please leave shades of white for the bride and avoid denim or sneakers!

Are Events Indoors or Outdoors?

Our ceremony will be held at 4pm in a forest grove on Esopus Creek. This is the only outdoor event! The rest of the evenings festivities will be held indoors.

Tell Me More About Full Moon Resort!

A unique, rustic yet sophisticated, year round destination resort in the heart of upstate New York’s "Forever Wild" Catskill Mountain Forest Preserve. Full Moon Resort is a one hundred acre wonderland of meadows, forests and spring fed streams, providing an unsurpassed backdrop for a magical experience. There is a spectrum of lodging options and exceptional dining, only 2.5 hours upstate from NYC. All guests are encouraged to stay onsite with us. How do I book my stay at Full Moon?

Answer

Check out the "Stay with Us" page! The short answer is: You tell us what kind of rooms you prefer, we place you in a room according to your preferences, and Full Moon staff will email you to confirm and book your lodging.

Is there cell service at the resort?

Answer

Full Moon is located in the Catskills Forest Preserve, and there is no cell service to be found. Luckily, wifi is free and plentiful onsite. You will lose cell service about 15-20 minutes out from the resort, so make sure you have your directions saved and ready. We invite you to truly unplug with us and use this time to relax and step away from the daily grind. There is a landline at the Main House available for your use, if needed.

Can I bring my children and/or my pets?

Answer

With the exception of immediate family, this will be an adults only event. If you'd like to bring kids along, we encourage you to reach out to Everywhere Childcare, a heavily vetted babysitting company that has frequently worked at Full Moon.
