When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by June 4th so we can get everything finalized with our vendors. We’d love to know you’re coming!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re only able to accommodate guests who are formally listed on the invitation. Thanks for understanding and we promise the dance floor will still be full!

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration so everyone can relax and enjoy the night. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 PM. Please plan to arrive by 3:00 PM so you have time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the celebration begins!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, formal attire is requested. For men, this could include dress pants or khakis with a button-down shirt (jackets and ties are optional). For women, cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or dressy tops with skirts or pants are great options.

Is there anything I should know about the ceremony?

Our ceremony will be unplugged, which means we kindly ask that all phones and devices be put away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us in the moment. We promise to share plenty of professional photos afterward!

Is there parking on-site?

Yes, there’s a large parking lot available for guests. Just a heads up—cars can’t be left overnight, so be sure to pick yours up at the end of the night!

Will there be transportation available?

Answer

We will have transportation available for guests from both hotels for drop-off and pick-up after the wedding. More details will be shared on our travel page soon!

We will have an open bar for you to enjoy all evening. Please drink responsibly and dance irresponsibly.

We’ll kick things off at 3:30 PM with the ceremony, followed by cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. Everything will take place at White Willow Farms, so once you arrive, you can relax and enjoy the celebration in one place!
