Question

Will guests need to pay to get into Indian Springs Metropark for the reception?

Answer

The cost to get into the metropark for the reception is covered by the bride and groom. Enter Indian Springs Metropark (5200 Indian Trail, White Lake, 48386) from White Lake Road and stop at the tollbooth. Tell the attendant you are attending our wedding. In exchange, they will provide you a green slip of paper stating you are attending an event at the Environmental Discovery Center (EDC). Drive approximately 2.5 miles (7 minutes) into the park where you'll find the EDC on your left. After you're parked, place the green slip on your dashboard for the remainder of the event. If you plan to leave your vehicle in the parking lot overnight, please check the box on the green slip. There is no additional fee to leave your vehicle overnight. You can return as early as 7 am the next morning to pick it up.
