Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?
Answer
March can be unpredictable so depending on a weather ceremony can be outside or inside. Our cocktails hour and reception will take place inside.

Is it wheelchair accessible?
Answer
Yes. We made sure every guest is comfortable and can enjoy our special day with us without a hassle. Elevator is accessible right by valet parking and inside hotel.

Our venue has hotel included but there are many other options right in town. Please refer to our travel section with hotel list.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Our venue provides a shuttle to and from the ceremony/reception site. There’s designated parking for shuttle pick up and drop off.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive half an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to venue capacity we can’t host any additional guests that didn’t receive formal invitations.

What should I wear?

The venue is semi-formal. We know you will all show up looking your best and fabulous!

Please notify us as soon as possible about any needs you have so we can do our best to accommodate you.
