FAQs

Question

How do I get to the Church/Ceremony and then to the Venue?

Answer

We will be providing a convenient shuttle bus service for our guests to transport you to the ceremony venue. The bus will depart from Pawia Street in Krakow, ensuring everyone arrives on time. More detailed information, including the exact pick-up location and any additional instructions, will be shared as we get closer to the Big Day. We want to make sure everything is as smooth and stress-free as possible for you! The Manor ,where the Wedding Reception will take place, is just the opposite the Church, you'll only need to cross the street!

Question

Can I arrive to the venue by car?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available in front of the church. Guests are welcome to leave their cars there for the duration of the celebration or overnight, at no charge.

Question

What's the nearest airport?

Answer

The nearest airport to the venue is John Paul II Kraków-Balice International Airport, located just a 15-minute drive away. It’s also approximately 25 minutes from the heart of Krakow, making it a convenient option for those traveling from outside the city. Whether you're flying in or out, it’s easy to reach both the ceremony venue and the city center from the airport.

Question

What about accommodation?

Answer

We recommend that all guests stay in the center of Krakow, where you'll find a wide variety of hotels and Airbnbs to suit every budget. We'll be providing a list of recommended accommodations, but as long as you're located near Pawia Street (the pick-up point for the shuttle bus to the venue), you’ll have no trouble getting to and from the event.

Question

What's the currency in Poland?

Answer

The local currency in Poland is the Polish Zloty (PLN). However, there’s no need to worry about bringing cash for your trip, as card payments are widely accepted throughout Krakow, making it easy to pay for most things using your credit or debit card.

Question

How do I book a taxi or transport from the airport?

Answer

The easiest way to get from the airport to the city center is by using Bolt or Uber, both of which are readily available. The cost of an Uber is approximately GBP 15, though this can vary depending on weather and traffic conditions. If you prefer public transport, there are also city buses and a train that connect the airport to the center of Krakow, offering more affordable options.
