Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes for both, but no overnight parking at the reception. Recommend Ubering for the day, and taking the shuttle back to the hotel after the reception!

Do we go straight from ceremony to the venue for reception?

Answer

No, due to us not doing a first look before the ceremony the wedding party will be taking photos at the venue between the ceremony and the cocktail hour reception. Recommend going to a local bar (check out Things To Do page on this website) or back to the hotel if needed in the time between ceremony and cocktail hour (approx. 1.5 hours)

Will Flip Flops be provided for women on the dance floor?

Answer

Yes! No bare feet allowed at the venue due to potential for injury, but flip flops will be provided!

Will blankets/shawls be provided for the courtyard?

Answer

Yes, blankets and heaters will be provided for the courtyard just outside the carriage house dance floor

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is a shuttle from the reception to the Courtyard Marriott at the end of the evening from 9:30pm-11:30pm
