The ceremony will start at 4:30pm. Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to enjoy some champagne and get settled.
There are paid parking lots about a block away from our venue (AirGarage Parking at 182 Church St, Charleston, SC 29401 ). We encourage you to carpool or use a ridesharing service!
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate you making arrangements to join us.
Early September in Charleston is warm and humid. Our venue includes both indoor and outdoor spaces, with covered areas, fans, and air-conditioned interiors to help keep you comfortable.
Our ceremony and dinner will take place outside in the courtyard. Cocktail hour will be indoor–outdoor, and guests are welcome to move between the courtyard and the air-conditioned interior spaces throughout the evening.
Cocktail attire! Ladies can wear short or long dresses, and men can choose a suit or sport coat. Our wedding is at a historic home with a brick garden courtyard, so plan your shoes accordingly. Early September in Charleston is warm, so lighter fabrics are encouraged.
In the event of rain, we'll move the ceremony indoors and enjoy dinner either inside the venue or on the covered porch.
We will be hosting welcome drinks from 6-8pm at Holy City Brewing the night before our wedding. Drop in to kick off the weekend with us! After our dinner reception, guests are encouraged to keep the party going at Henry’s on the Market, two blocks away. If you choose to stay in Charleston for the weekend, feel free to join us Saturday at Isle of Palms for a beach day. The full weekend schedule can be found on our schedule page.
Join us for an after party at Henry's on the Market from 9 to 11:30 p.m.! Located just two blocks from the venue, it's an easy walk to continue celebrating with us. We've reserved our own VIP space in the music hall upstairs, complete with live music and an open bar. Wristbands are required for entry. We'll give them out at both the welcome party and reception for anyone who'd like to join us!
If you're staying in Charleston for the weekend, we'd love to have you join us Saturday for a beach day on Isle of Palms! We're planning to spend time at Islander 71, our favorite waterfront bar and restaurant, and weather permitting, we'll head to the beach near public access point 48 at the Citadel Beach Club. Parking passes will be available at the welcome party and wedding for anyone interested in coming to the beach. We'll share the official time and details via text on Saturday.
