Rice Village
Rice Village is a fun nearby spot to walk around, grab coffee, a bite to eat, or explore boutique shops! Some of our favorite places in Rice Village include Sweetgreen, Kasra Persian Grill, Starbucks, Shake Shack, and Local Foods.
Hermann Park
Hermann Park is one of our favorite spots! There are many parking lots around the park, but our favorite ones are lots G, F, and E. There are walking trails around Hermann Park around the McGovern Centennial Gardens, Miller Outdoor Theatre, and golf course. The Houston Zoo is also a fun spot located in the middle of Hermann Park.
The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston
The Museum of Fine Arts is in the middle of the Houston Museum District. A new addition to the museum is the Nancy and Rich Kinder building which displays international contemporary and modern art. Admission tickets can be purchased online or in-person.
