If you have any other questions please reach out to Patrick or Stephanie directly.
Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We would ask that you make alternative plans for children 5 years and under. Other than that we ask that you use your own discretion and be respectful of our day. you know your child best. If they can sit quietly they are welcome. if not, then please make other arrangements. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and certainly understand if you are not able to attend as a result. After 10 pm no children under 18 will be allowed to remain at the post reception campsite. we plan to party all night and It will likely get wildly inappropriate. please make other arrangements or plan to leave the venue with your children at this time.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, onsite accommodations will be available in either campers (wedding party) or tent camping area. all are welcome to stay onsite. If you prefer to stay in a hotel or air bnb, please plan your own transportation.

Question

How will camping work? what should I bring?

Answer

The wedding party will be assigned sleeping arrangements in one of the 10 onsite campers. I will be bringing my 4 large tents (each fits at least 6 people) if you are able to bring your own tent please do so as I only have the 4. alternatively you could also bring an Eno/hammock as there is plenty of tree line space. if you plan to stay and are not in the wedding party. please bring a sleeping bag and pillow.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! while this will not be a black tie affair we do ask that you keep it classy. Jean's and a collared shirt will be sufficient for the guys ladies may dress similarly or in a dress. please no t-shirts (at least till after 10pm)

Question

should I bring extra clothes?

Answer

Yes. it is summer time in the mountains and weather is not guaranteed. There is also a creek and play ground onsite as well as yard games and copious amounts of alcohol. A change of clothes is advisable plus pj's or something more comfortable if you plan on staying the night.

Question

should I bring anything else?

Answer

we will have a few blankets on hand but you may wish to bring your own or a light jacket as it is in the mountains, and we will be outdoors the entire time. once the sun goes down it could be chilly for some. having said that it is August so should be relatively warm the entire time. rain may be a concern so check the weather and bring an umbrella as needed

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

yes, plenty.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, please RSVP with a +1 so we can get a final count.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Unfortunately we have had to pull this together with a hope and a prayer after 3 prior scheduled attempts and are unable to accommodate special requests. If you have specific food allergies, dietary restrictions, or just dont like BBQ then please bring a sandwich.
