Which airline do I fly?

Answer

We recommend American Airlines since it is the only airline that flies directly to Cozumel. Southwest, Delta, etc. fly into Cancun and then from there you have to take a ferry to Cozumel.

Transportation upon arrival?

There are no taxis at the airport once you arrive. We recommend Hertz since it is an American and can be booked in advance.

What is the conversion rate of dollars to pesos?

$1 is 23.96 pesos as of May 16th, 2020. We recommend the app Currency as it updates daily.

Weather in Cozumel during December is typically 75-80’s with cool breezy nights. Traveling with my child, what all do I need?

Answer

If both parents are traveling with child then all three will need a passport along with your child's birth certificate. If just one parent is traveling with child, you will need a notarized note from the other parent giving you permission to travel with said child.
