We are arriving Friday, December 18th and leaving Tuesday, December 22nd
We recommend American Airlines since it is the only airline that flies directly to Cozumel. Southwest, Delta, etc. fly into Cancun and then from there you have to take a ferry to Cozumel.
There are no taxis at the airport once you arrive. We recommend Hertz since it is an American and can be booked in advance.
$1 is 23.96 pesos as of May 16th, 2020. We recommend the app Currency as it updates daily.
Weather in Cozumel during December is typically 75-80’s with cool breezy nights. Our recommendations: Passport Sunscreen Sandals Sunglasses Swimsuit 2 Day activity outfits (Bachelorette/Bachelor Day) 2 Night outfits (Rehearsal Dinner & Bachelorette/Bachelor night) Beach Cocktail Attire for Wedding Night (think breezy, breathable fabrics such as linen or khakis for men and jumpsuits or nice beach dresses for women)
We recommend getting your passport ASAP. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html
If both parents are traveling with child then all three will need a passport along with your child's birth certificate. If just one parent is traveling with child, you will need a notarized note from the other parent giving you permission to travel with said child.
