Which hotel is best for you?

Grand Palladium Colonial: Centralized to the main lobby/ pools and restaurants, Family friendly, known for vibrant night life and entertainment options. Most recommended for value! White Sands: Serene environment with adults only areas, but also family friendly. Offers overwater bungalow option on river. Kantenah: Ideal as well for families, offering near by kids clubs and shallow pools. TRS Yucatan: Adults only, perfect for a romantic getaway. (Famous for Love is Blind)

Our RSVP should let you confirm those of which we accounted for in your party by name. Should you have any questions please feel free to reach out to Sarah or Pat for us to add to the portal head count.

What is the wedding ceremony/ reception attire?

Answer

Beach formal - A dress, suit, or jumpsuit in lighter colors, and breathable fabrics, think light, airy with an upscale vibe. Ladies the ceremony will be on the sand, wedges or dressy sandals would be best. Men, breathable fabric - such as Khaki or linen button up with slacks. (All just suggestions)

Are my kids welcome?

Answer

You are welcome to bring your little ones. However, please note there is transportation involved as the ceremony & reception is off site. No parking will be available for any personal vehicles.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Of course!! We will have a fully stocked bar supplying unlimited drinks all night long!

How will transportation work to and from venue?

Answer

There will be a set time to meet in the lobby on wedding day for transportation, that we will provide. We will have options throughout the night for return shuttle. We would highly recommend not using local taxi services.
