The ceremony will begin at 4:00PM. We kindly request that guests arrive 30 minutes early to allow ample time for parking and finding their seats. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Although we love your little ones, due to budget/space limitations, this will be an adult only event. We will only be able to accommodate the children in the wedding party.
Due to extremely limited space, our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We are only able to accommodate those formally listed on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.
•Formal, all black• Dress to impress in your best formal attire. Ladies: Floor length dresses, ankle length evening gowns, dressy pant suits Men: Suits or dress shirt with slacks paired with a tie or bow tie. (Tuxedos optional but definitely not required) We are also kindly requesting that all guests wear all black colored attire. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in honoring this dress code requirement to make our day extra special!
We are having an unplugged ceremony! When you take your seat, we kindly ask you turn OFF ALL phones, cameras, and electronic devices. We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony & share this special moment with us. This will ensure we avoid disruptions but more importantly, it will allow our professionally hired photographer to capture the best pictures, which we promise to share with you. Once the ceremony is officially over, feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like and don’t forget to share them with us!
Since we’ve been lucky enough to set up our home already, we’re asking for honeymoon donations instead of traditional gifts. Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Keffer Hall at Deep Creek Landing Marina in Newport News. 200 Old Marina Lane, Newport News
The ceremony & cocktail hour will take place outdoors & the reception will take place indoors.
Yes! A taco bar with all your favorite toppings will be served at 6:30PM!
Yes, we will have a bar offering beer, seltzer, and wine. Drinks are complimentary for all guests. We hope to keep the bar open all night, so please enjoy responsibly!
Ample parking is available directly in front of the venue, ensuring easy access for all guests. It's a convenient and hassle-free parking arrangement. ****Overnight parking is NOT permitted. So if you plan to drink, please ensure that you arrange for transportation accordingly (carpool or Uber/Lyft to avoid leaving your car in the parking lot overnight)****
We kindly ask that you RSVP by April 30th, 2025 to allow us to finalize arrangements with our venue & food accommodations. We will not be able to accommodate anyone who has not responded to their RSVP by the requested date.
You will be dearly missed! But if you can not make it to our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “not attending” so we can plan accordingly. This is important.
