If you invitation says "and Guest" then yes! If not, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invite.
We want to know we can celebrate with you as soon as possible, but RSVPs are requested back no later than August 15th!
Yes! We have reserved a block at both the Fairfield and TownePlace by Marriott on Montage Mountain. Please use CODE when making your reservations!
The ceremony starts at 4:30 on the dot. Please arrive and settle in no later than 4:15pm.
If you are staying at the hotels on the mountain, then yes! A shuttle service is available to take you to and from the venue. If you are not staying at the hotel, parking is available at the venue! Bob and Helen (our venue's host's are kind enough to let us leave our cars until the next morning! We are close to the city so there is Uber and Lyft available as well.
Although we LOVE your children, take the night off and leave the little ones at home!
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors on the grounds of the garden. The reception and dinner will be held on the covered open air patio. If weather is not on our side, then the ceremony will be moved to the onsite chapel with cocktail hour on the patio. The patio has large glass doors we can shut if there is too much rain.
Semi formal autumn garden party vibes! For the ladies: Light, flowy cocktail or tea length dresses or a fun jumpsuit! You can go all out with a floor length dress as well! We will be in a stunning garden so go with it! Florals galore! For colors, stay away from whites, creams and blushes and but everything else is fair game! For the gents: A well tailored suit is always a go to! You can go more formal with a tie or a bit more casual without! If you choose to wear a tie opt for something fun and colorful, again florals galore! Remember we will be outside for the ceremony and cocktail hour so choose something breathable and comfortable! Keep that in mind when selecting shoes! The reception will he held on an open air patio. We will have heaters if it is too cold, and fans if its too warm. Most important wear something that makes you feel awesome!
We want you all to be present with us for such a special day. Please refrain from taking any photos or having your phone out at all for the ceremony. We have a fantastic photographer who will capture our day. Please take as many photos as you can for cocktail hour, dinner and the reception! We will have a site where you can upload everything to share the fun time you had with us!
