Woman of the Year Moscow Times, 2017
You know when a very special person walks into your life and says "hi, we should be friends" and from that moment you realize that you will be "stuck" with each other in good and bad times as long as friendship lasts... which is... forever!!! That's how Olga and I met. One simple phone call that changed the direction of both of our lives. First, I wondered - who is this tall, tough Russian blond who kicks everybody's butts in the gym? The next thing you know - we were shopping for high heels and dresses, spending holidays together, sharing tears and laughs. But the most import thing she did for me - she was always there when I needed her. And now I know why one day She walked into my life. Thank you, Olga!!! I am so excited to be part of the next chapter of your life!!!"
Pretty darn Good Man. Best is so much pressure
I met Patrick in Las Vegas at a craps table in 1992. For those bad with math it's been 26 years and some liver damage we assume. Even though we lived one mile apart in Chicago at the time we didn't know that for an hour. We were both attending the same bachelor party in our 20's yet it turns out we were the seasoned veterans at the time. We bonded over many things including the fact that we were the only two single man in attendance. It became obvious over a long weekend that in addition to having a great time together it was our part-time job to take care of the married man who did not get out often. John was named Best New Restaurateur in 2017 by Patrick's newsletter to his family.
Officiant
Pope John Paul named Ron liason to the Cardinal in 2005 days before the Pope passed away. Ron has been blessing everybody he touches since 1984 when he was close to being canonized a Saint. Ronald was one miracle short due to a Story that couldn't be proven as True. Ever since that day he has made the saying "True Story" famous in Chicagoland. His first miracle was accidentally praying for a World Series for Chicago in 2016. He didn't clarify Northside or South so his not so favorite Cubbies were granted the title. Despite his struggles within the Catholic Church we have decided that his positive energy and seniority within the family made him the perfect choice to officiate our wedding. He is a gem and that's a True Story.
Usher
Rick first Ushered at the Biograph Theatre in Lincoln Park where he coined the phrase "Find your own seat, this is a discount theatre". When Rick isn't working long hours at Castleark Investments as CFO he is often at Wrigley Field or more likely sailing. Olga has been at the Helm of his Beneteau 55 while barking orders to her Kamerads on Rick's lovely yaught. To this day one of Patrick's favorite places is five miles out on Lake Michigan chewing the fact with Rick. Rick and Patrick "Get Underway" in the late 90's as two sailboat owners. He is a "Hard and Fast" friend that we will know to the "Bitter End". So in November he expects you to "Anchor aweigh" and head to Cancun to "By and Large" have very memorable time with friends old and new.
Usher
Paul hasn't even been asked to Usher this wedding yet. That's because Olga and Patrick think it's "a given" and second, to see if he reads this website. Look up Friend in the dictionary and you won't see a photo of Paul, but that's only because he's too humble to allow it. He's a fan favorite to everyone he touches but we still asked him not to touch anyone in Cancun:) Paul has always been one of the calmer Italians in the rowdy family. Normally Paul would give you the shirt off his back but Patrick has taken too many already. "Oreo man" will be the guy breaking the ice the entire weekend. Olga and Patrick await the day he reads this and agrees to help Rick manage the small crowd on the beach.
