Are children allowed?

Answer

We have decided to not allow children at the event. We will not have additional resources to care for them at the venue, and alcohol will be present at the event. If you have extenuating circumstances that you would like to discuss, please feel free to reach out to us and we can come up with a solution.

Dietary Restrictions

Answer

We will have vegetarian and gluten free food options available for the reception. We are also taking measures to accommodate for food-related allergies, but please reach out to us if you have a specific need we should be considering. If you would feel safer bringing food of your own to eat, that is perfectly fine.

When should I arrive/leave?

Answer

Doors will open at 3:45pm, and the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. The send-off will be around 9:30-10pm. We would love for you to stay the whole time, but we also understand if people need to leave early.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is outside, though there are plans for holding it under a covered area if there is rain. The reception will be inside. It will be winter in Texas, so be ready for...anything really.

What should I wear?

Answer

This event is semi-formal, so a full suit isn't required. Feel free to dress as nicely as you want, but also dress comfortably for whatever weather we get on the day-of. Heels and flats are both acceptable, though please note that there could be some uneven ground at the venue.

Can I park at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes! If you feel unsafe to drive after the wedding, you can park your car until 10am the following morning. They allow for a bit of wiggle room on that time, but it would be preferable to pick up vehicles sooner rather than later in the morning.
