Things To Do

THINGS TO DO: About two hours east of Manhattan, the North Fork of Long Island is a rural gem with almost 50 vineyards and many organic and sustainable farms. Surrounded by the Long Island Sound and the Peconic Bay, it has the relaxed charm of 1950's Cape Cod. The North Fork is a very special place for us and we can't wait to share it with all of you!

Greenport Harbor

NY 11944

Greenport village is rich in history and was recently named one of the prettiest towns in America. Walk around and enjoy it's fine dining, great shopping and historic charm! Our favorite spots to eat: Lucharito's, Noah's, 1943, Frisky Oyster, Little Creek Oyster Farm & Market Our favorite spots for beers: Claudio's, Green Hill Kitchen & Cue, Port Bar & Grill Our favorite spot for cocktails: American Beech, Brix & Rye Our favorite shops: Tea and Tchotchkes, Metal Monk

Kontokosta Winery

Beautiful winery overlooking Long Island Sound. This is just one of many North Fork wineries that you should check out! We also recommend Croteaux Vineyards, Sparkling Pointe, and Corey Creek to name a few. Visit LiWines.com/visit/ for more info.

The Halyard Restaurant

Beautiful restaurant overlooking the sound with fantastic food (best clam chowder, as voted by the Chowda Boys!) and cocktails. This is the spot where Maureen & Patrick got engaged!

Greenport Harbor Brewery (located in Peconic)

Great beer, food, and lawn games!

Patty's Berries & Bunches

Don't leave town without picking up a gorgeous bunch of flowers from Patty's!

Briermere Farms

Known for their pies, also a must-stop before you leave the North Fork!

North Fork Doughnut Compnay

The BEST doughnuts!

Island's End Golf & Country Club

Whether you want to play 18 or just hit some balls at the range, this picturesque course is sure to please.
