Lauren SaenzLauren Saenz

Maid of Honor

Lauren is not only my cousin, but truly one of my best friends. While we’ve been family forever, we became incredibly close after I moved to the Bay Area during COVID. We’re both proud San Francisco State alums (go Gators!) and share a love for a good cocktail and endless conversations about anything and everything. With Lauren, I feel my most authentic, safe, and seen self—never judged, always embraced. Her kindness, humor, and heart mean the world to me, and I’m so grateful to have her by my side on one of the most important days of my life!

Miki AkilMiki Akil

Matron of Honor

Miki is my amazing sister-in-law — but honestly, she’s felt like my big sister from the very start. She’s known me since I was a 16-year-old with questionable fashion choices and has watched me (thankfully) grow into the woman I am today. Whenever I need a boost of boldness or confidence, I always find myself thinking, "What would Miki do?" — because she truly leads with strength and grace. Miki’s been inspiring me, hyping me up, and keeping it real for years, and there’s nobody else I’d rather have by my side to make sure I don’t trip walking down the aisle!

Sarah XitamulSarah Xitamul

Bridesmaid

Sarah is my cousin, my lifelong partner-in-crime, and truly the little sister I never had. From endless summer days spent swimming, riding bikes, and covering sidewalks in chalk, to growing into the women we are today, she’s been a constant in my life. But what means the most to me is the foundation we share — our love for Jesus. Our faith has deepened our bond in ways that words can’t fully capture, and Sarah has always inspired me to walk closer with God and live with purpose, joy, and love. I am so thankful to have her standing beside me as we celebrate not just love, but the blessings God has poured over this new chapter.

Rachel RoeRachel Roe

Bridesmaid

Rachel and I go way back to our high school days — we even grew up in the same neighborhood. From outdoor runs and backyard ab workouts to unforgettable trips to Lake Jodie, Rachel has been a constant in my life. She’s the friend who’s always real, always upfront, and always hyping me up to be my best self. She’s also one of the hardest-working people I know. Some of my favorite memories are just the two of us talking for hours on the phone or FaceTiming about absolutely everything — and no one makes me laugh harder than Rachel, to the point where I’m gasping for air (Outside Lands 2021, iykyk!). I’m so lucky to have her standing by my side today, just like she’s always been.

Maribell MoralesMaribell Morales

Bridesmaid

Maribell and I go way back — we’ve known each other since high school, but honestly, I never expected her to become such a huge part of my life. If you had told my high school self how close we’d become, I probably wouldn’t have believed it! But after graduation, our friendship really took off. She was the very first person I called when I decided to move to San Francisco, and not long after, we became roommates during the unforgettable days of COVID. From epic house parties and game nights to sunny park days and afternoons spent watching music videos with a White Claw in hand (obviously), those moments are some of my favorites. Maribell isn’t just a friend — she’s one of my closest, most trusted people, and I honestly can’t imagine my life without her. I’m beyond grateful to have her standing beside me today.

Jordan ColacionJordan Colacion

Bridesmaid

Jordan and I first met back in high school through mutual friends, but it wasn’t until after graduation that our friendship truly grew into something deeper — she’s not just a friend, she’s family. Jordan just gets me in a way few people do. We’ve bonded over our love for music, raves, working out, and countless deep conversations about life. During COVID, we both lived in the Bay Area, surviving a wild and unforgettable chapter together — Bay Area babes forever! Jordan is one of the most loving and genuine souls I know, and having her by my side today makes this moment even more special.

Nix PuriNix Puri

Best Man

I first met Nix over seven years ago at Treasury Wine Estates, where I was working in finance and he was part of the marketing team. From the very beginning, there was an easy connection between us — a shared sense of humor, mutual respect, and a genuine friendship that quickly grew beyond the workplace. Over the years, Nix and I have shared countless experiences, from unforgettable trips to Las Vegas seeing Illenium live, to nights out in San Francisco, to simple evenings spent playing video games and catching up on life. Through all the highs and lows, Nix has been a constant source of loyalty, encouragement, and trust — someone I know I can turn to without hesitation. He has become much more than a friend to me; he is truly family. Having him stand beside me as my best man means more than words can express, and I’m honored to call him my brother.

Matt RohrsMatt Rohrs

Groomsman

Matt and I go back to our days at Sonoma State University, where we quickly bonded over our shared love of sports, especially basketball. Some of my best memories are of us battling it out one-on-one on the mini basketball hoop, throwing down some of the meanest dunks, or running routes with the football near our old place, feeling like we were professional athletes in our prime. I’ll never forget our trip to Denver for NYE, walking out of the party into the snow in jeans and tank tops while everyone else was in suits and dresses, or our trip to New Orleans for Mardi Gras (FYI we do not recommend spending an entire week, it’s brutal haha!) Matt has always been someone I could rely on — for the big moments, the wild adventures, and everything in between. I’m lucky to have him standing by my side, and even luckier to call him a brother for life.

Ian CandelariaIan Candelaria

Groomsman

I first met Ian at Madeleine’s back-to-school party in 2021, and from the moment we started talking, it felt like we had been friends for years. Ian’s outgoing, lively spirit brings energy to every room he walks into, and whenever we’re together, it’s nothing but good times and laughter, even if we think we’re in first place in a scavenger hunt just to find out we were very much in last place…by a lot! Whether it’s concerts, park days, Giants games or camping and crushing bottles of Nikka and Kavalan Whisky, Ian embodies the “all gas, no brakes” lifestyle — always making the most of every moment. Beyond the fun, Ian has been someone I can always count on, and I’m grateful to have him standing by my side for not only my wedding day but for life.

Chris MonizChris Moniz

Groomsman

Growing up, some of my best memories with Chris are of the simple things — playing wiffle ball for hours in the front yard, spending summer nights battling it out in pickup games at Campbell Park, and countless rounds of golf together. As we’ve gotten older, I’ve come to really appreciate the quieter moments too, like our coffee catch-ups in San Francisco, just talking about life and everything in between. Recently, we’ve added a new shared passion with our love of Formula 1 — cheering on Red Bull Racing, even though I secretly love Scuderia Ferrari. Chris has always been the kind of big brother you hope for — someone to look up to, someone who leads by example. I’ve always admired his work ethic, his loyalty, and the way he approaches life. Having him stand by my side for this moment is something that means more to me than I can put into words.

Brian MonizBrian Moniz

Groomsman

Being closest in age, Brian and I have shared a bond that has always come naturally. Some of my favorite childhood memories are of us riding our bikes through the neighborhood on endless summer days, stopping at 7-Eleven for Slurpees, then making our way to the local arcade to play foosball and drink bottled root beer — convinced it made us look just like adults. Of course, like any brothers, we had our fair share of arguments and fights, but looking back, I know I wouldn’t be the person I am today without growing up side by side with Brian. He has become someone I trust completely — someone whose honesty, compassion, and huge heart have been a constant in my life. Brian’s been with me through every chapter of life and having him by my side as I start this next one is a reminder of just how lucky I am to call him my brother and my lifelong friend.

Joe MonizJoe Moniz

Groomsman

As my oldest brother with a 10 year age gap, Joe and I didn’t always have the closest bond as kids, but he’s had a big influence on my life in so many ways. He introduced me to my love for old school hip hop and R&B music, which are still my favorite today. Joe also gave me my first lessons on how to be a "ladies man," and, well, those lessons clearly paid off because here we are! Joe and I have had some unforgettable trips to Vegas, hitting up nightclubs, winning big at the craps table and even convincing me to go skydiving for my first time (which I’ve now gone six times!). It’s never a dull moment when Joe is around. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve come to appreciate my relationship with Joe more and more. I have so much love for him, and having him by my side today is something I’ll always cherish.
