Amsterdam was the second stop on Q’s first Euro trip with Patrick, and it is his absolute favorite place in the world. It’s hard to beat the experience of a canal boat cruise at sunset. We recommend visiting the Keukenoff for the beautiful tulip fields, dinner at Café de Klos or a cold beer at De Staalmeesters enjoying a great view of the canal. London was our first international trip together, and it kicked off our 2015 Europe travel tour! We walked across London Bridge and Tower Bridge, braved the Tube (their subway system), and almost got lost navigating it. We recommend checking out the London Eye if you’d love a great view of the city! If you want some great Indian food, we enjoyed Veeraswamy! Lisbon was the fourth stop in our first international Europe trip. The city is beautiful, but make sure to take your walking shoes because there are plenty of hills. The food is amazing, and we’d recommend Cervejaria Ramiro, which has shrimp as big as your hand and the freshest seafood we’ve ever had! Q's hometown and Patrick’s newly adopted city has so much to offer, and that’s what Patrick fell in love with, in addition to Q. There are plenty of fun things to experience, from the Botanical Gardens to Summer Music shows and Wolf Rescue Lodges. If you’re looking for great eats, try the Haitian restaurant My Marie on Cherokee Street! Also Oceano Bistro, Blk Mkt Eats, or Lil Lona’s Eats are excellent choices if you want great food.
