All guests are invited to kick off the special event with a welcome BBQ. Parking is available for everyone (on-site & off-site guests). The Welcome BBQ will take place on the Dancers Field & Fire Circle *The "wedding" party will have a rehearsal at the Church at 5PM.

Breakfast served in The Barn for on-site guests and off-site guests who opted-in for the meal arrangements.

Cocktail attire
There will be parking at St. Francis for all guests. *There will be a bus post ceremony for those staying at The Emerson. The bus will take folks from The Emerson to Full Moon. The bus will depart The Emerson around 4:30 PM and again at 5:20 PM*
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
While the wedding party will be taking photos, we invite all guests to go back to The Full Moon Resort for a fun-filled tailgate with lawn games. The tailgate will take place at the Dancers Field.

Let's Party! Everything will be held at Full Moon. Transportation will be provided from the church to the cocktail hour. Transportation home will be provided for guests staying at The Emerson Resort.
