<---- Q: Why is the font so hard to read? A: No idea. To get around this extremely limited website template that we are now committed to, we will re-post the questions in the Answer column. Thank you for your patience.
Q: Can I just drive to the ranch? A: No. This is a remote location with limited parking and neighbors we respect. There's a group of people lodging at the ranch, family that need to be at the ranch early for wedding prep, vendors, and folks with limited mobility that will be utilizing the limited parking that does exist. Please use the provided transportation. If you have extenuating circumstances, please reach out to Katy and Patrick to discuss. Thank you for your understanding.
Q: I can only RSVP to the main event. Am I invited to the other activities? YES! We want you at all the stuff you can manage! One RSVP is all we’re looking for.
Q: Can I bring a date? A: When you RSVP you should see an option to add a +1. If you don't and you would like to, reach out to Katy and/or Patrick.
Q: Can I bring my kids? A: We kindly ask that you leave the kids at home. There are strict limits on event sizes in Pioneertown that unfortunately could not accommodate our tiniest loved ones.
Q: Can I bring my guns? A: No. Leave them at home. Bring water. It's the desert. Water will keep you safe.
Q: What are the shuttle times? A: They're listed on each event in the Schedule tab. Also see Barrett/Olesnavage Communique #3 email that was sent on June 13th.
Q: Is there a shuttle for the After Party? A: Yes! Busses and vans will leave Rimrock Ranch around 10PM and head to Pioneertown. When you're ready to leave the after party, find our coordinator and they'll let you know when the next van to Best Western is.
Q: If I don't want to go to the After Party, will I be able to take the shuttle back to town? A: Yes! Get on one of the vans when the wedding reception is over. It will stop at Pioneertown and then continue down to Best Western.
Q: Is there a shuttle for Sunday Brunch Pool Party? A: No. You'll need to arrange transportation to Palm Springs if you plan to attend (please do!). It's on the way out of town so everything can be on your own schedule.
Q: Will it be hot? A: In Palm Springs, yes. In Pioneertown, maybe. At 4000ft elevation above the Coachella Valley, Pioneertown is often 10-20 degrees cooler than Palm Springs. It is still June in the desert and highs may be in the mid 90s. The good news is that the weather only gets better as the hours get later. It could even be chilly by the end of the night.
Q: I have a food allergy, can I make a special request? A: Yes please! If you have a serious food allergy please note so in your RSVP. Katy and Patrick will reach out closer to the wedding to confirm.
Q: Is this Juneteenth weekend? A: Yes! Monday June 19th is Juneteenth. Learn up at https://www.juneteenth.com/. You might even have a three day weekend depending on your employer.
