We are so excited to share our wedding weekend with you! You are all so special to us and we can't wait to throw an amazing party to celebrate our family. For those who are able to make the trip, we look forward to sharing one of our favorite destinations with you. While the ceremony and reception are adults-only, the JW Marriott Marco Island is a kid-friendly resort with plenty of services and activities available for the younger ones if you choose to make this a family getaway. We kindly ask that you RSVP promptly after receiving the paper invitation. We know not everyone will be able to join us in person, and if you are not able to attend, you will be deeply missed. We were both on vacation in the Naples area, but were staying 20 minutes away from each other. Katie and Rachel were out to dinner and found out their flight was cancelled so decided to get a night cap and walked into Cavo Lounge. Patrick and his friends were in the back of the bar watching an overtime hockey game. Katie and Rachel overheard one of the friends mention being from Detroit and the rest is history. Even through we lived within 10 minutes of each other for 20 years, it took a vacation to Naples for us to meet. A few months after we started dating, we returned to Naples with our families and introduced Katie to Lali. The three of us started traveling together and exploring new destinations, but always made our way back to Naples and Marco Island. When discussing where we wanted to get married, we knew the beach in Florida is the perfect place. We decided to get married 4 years to the day that we met.

We planned a European Vacation the summer of 2025 to celebrate Lali's 18th birthday and High School Graduation before she left for Michigan State University. We visited London, Paris, Nice and Monte Carlo. Our last day in Paris was very cold and rainy. We were out shopping and sightseeing all day and had tickets that evening to the Moulin Rouge Can Can show. Lali asked if we could go back to the Eiffel Tower on the way to the show after dinner. When we left the restaurant, the sun came out and the temperature was 20 degrees warmer. Lali and I did a TikTok in front of the Eiffel Tower to Taylor Swift's song, Paris. After we finished, Patrick took my hand and proposed! We were so happy we skipped the show and went to the Ritz-Carlton Paris to celebrate with champagne.
