Absolutely! When RSVPing there will be a section where you can list allergies and dietary restrictions.
It is Indigenous Peoples weekend, so some hotels may have 2 night minimums.
Please refer to your invitation, everyone listed is invited. If your invitation list "& guest", that indicates you may bring a date. However, due to limited space at the venue we will not be able to accommodate additional guests other than those invited.
While we love little ones, we kindly request a child-free wedding.
We are right in downtown Newport! There is no specific parking lot for the event but there are tons of public parking lots. See the travel section for maps and links to parking options.
Yes! We want you looking your absolute best so we please request you arrive in formal attire. Here is a description: Formal or Black-Tie Optional As the wording here suggests, this dress code is slightly less formal than a black-tie wedding. So, a tuxedo isn't required, but can still be worn if preferred. If opting for a suit, however, a formal dark suit, white shirt, and a conservative tie are acceptable. For women, the outfit choices remain the same: a floor-length gown, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit.
