Yes - we are going to have a shuttle service to bring guests to and from the hotels. The shuttle service will start at 3 pm. The shuttle service will be as follows: - First shuttle: Leaves Marriott at 3pm, and then leaves Tru at 3:10 pm to head to venue. - Second shuttle: Leaves Marriott at 3:30 pm, and then leaves Tru at 3:45 pm to head to venue. Return trips: - First shuttle: Leaves venue at 8:30 pm and will make stops at both hotels. - Next shuttles: The shuttles will then be every 30 minutes until the last shuttle at 11 pm.
The ceremony starts at 4 pm, so please arrive to the venue by 3:45 pm. THESE ARE IN EST!!
Yes! There is free parking right in front of the venue.
We ask our guests to wear cocktail attire, LBD's, dressy jumpsuits, and jackets and slacks.
Due to the venue capacity, we were unable to invite children. Also, this allows all our guests to have a relaxing, fun night! :)
Joe - if you're reading this we already know you're allergic to dairy and have you covered. But everyone else - yes, please let us know as soon as possible if you have a food allergy and we can let the caterer know.
