we're getting married!

We met when I started teaching at the same school as him. Immediately, we hit it off and started talking to each other throughout the day. Pat would come into my room during my off periods and we would talk about anything and everything. After a few months of testing the waters, he finally asked me on a date to a Farmer's Market nearby. After that, we knew we had something special and fit together perfectly. The rest is history!

We were going to meet Pat's parents at a restaurant nearby. When we pulled up, he told me his parents were running late, and suggested we take a walk to pass the time. All of a sudden, he got down on one knee and that day quickly became the best day of our lives. My dad was there to capture the moment and we were able to celebrate with all of our closest friends and family after the proposal. It really was the best day ever.
