When and where is the wedding?

We're getting married on August 15th, 2026 at Alderbrook Golf and Yacht Club in Union Washington. The ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM. Followed by cocktail hour and a reception.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 2:30 PM to find your seat and enjoy the view of the Hood Canal.

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by June 20th, 2026, it will automatically be marked as "Not Attending". We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative that we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi formal: Women wear a cocktail dress or sundress. Men wear a suit (no tie required) or a blazer and chinos. I recommend flat shoes- ceremony and reception will be on grass.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus-one, they'll be listed on your RSVP. We wish we could invite everyone!

Buffet Style • Prime rib • Salmon • Loaded smashed potatoes • Glazed carrots • Brussels sprouts • Sourdough rolls • Chef’s summer salad

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults only celebration so everyone can relax and enjoy the events.

The closet airport is Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac)- about 1.5 hours from the venue.
