Michaela is Grace's younger sister and has been her partner in crime since they were in diapers. She is an amazing 3rd grade teacher and a child whisperer. Grace couldn't imagine navigating life without her!

Julie is Grace's "person". They met freshman year at KU and have been inseparable ever since. Julie is pursuing a PhD and dances professionally in Ann Arbor, MI.

Nour is Grace's most entertaining friend. She is always the life of the party and can have a good time anywhere. She is also one of the smartest people Grace knows and is in Surgical Residency in Detroit, MI.

Corinne and Grace met in first grade at Cub Run Elementary. They danced through childhood together and have stayed close friends although they have lived in different states for the last 10 years. Corinne is a performer in New York City!

Sarah and Grace met on their freshman year hall at KU. Sarah is a loving, compassionate person who Grace always knew she could count on. Sarah is doing her residency in psychiatry at Duke.

Emily is Grace's newest friend. Even though they do not have the history of a lifetime friendship they have experienced many important milestones together, including a double date to shop for engagement rings. Their love for hiking, games, and spontaneous adventures have helped them build so many fun memories in a short period of time! Emily is a new home owner, and a Mother-Baby Nurse.
Bryce Singer
Best Man
Best Man, Great Friend. Patrick and Bryce met Bryce's first year at Appalachian State. Bryce came over his first weekend after moving in to school, and then never left. Whether it was the couch or the floor, Bryce would not leave, so Patrick, Yonah and Sean eventually let him move in. From there, he became a part of the friend group and has stayed every since. Fast forward a few years later, and Bryce shows back up on Patrick's couch in Washington D.C where he met Emily, his fiancé. Luckily, he no longer sleeps on the couch and is living in the DMV near Patrick and Yonah.
Kevin Giff

Don't let the cold stare scare you. Kevin is Patrick's younger brother, and a big lover of ice cream. The more responsible/organized of the two Giff brothers. Kevin's favorite past times are trying exotic new ramen recipes, and critiquing local city and town planning. He has a big heart and is always working to help those around him and in his local community. When he is not busy with Grad School, you will find him working at Habitat for Humanity working to help others.

Always the Bridesmaid, never the Bride. Or at least that's what most will think based on this photo. One of Patrick’s first friends after starting school at Appalachian. After meeting our Freshmen year, we have followed similar paths in life over the years. From Boone, to Maryland, to D.C and now Virginia, we have stayed in close proximity and close friends. From flooded apartments in Boone, to Penthouses in Bethesda, we were on and off roommates for about 10 years. We started our first job out of school together at Tesla, and followed each other to our current job at Dominion Energy. Yonah’s favorite past time is home projects, and enjoys taking on every type of project he can. Over the past couple years, Patrick has helped him as he did every house project from Landscaping, TV Mounts, Lighting Fixture's and Kitchen Islands.
Mihai Salagean

Patrick and Mihai met Patrick’s Sophomore year at App State. He saved Patrick from being stuck on campus in the snow and rain on multiple occasions in the infamous Land Cruiser and from there, quickly became friends. From there, he was always showing up with Breakfast on Sunday mornings to have lazy days watching movies and putting off the next days assignments. This resulted in some late evenings in the libraries, after wasting away the day, but it was always a good way to end the weekend. These days he is a lawyer in Charlotte. Feel free to reach out to him for any legal advice if you run into any issues while celebrating with us this weekend.
Sean Montgomery

Stylish, and Life of the Party. You will know who he is before the wedding weekend is over. He thrives in weddings and will be the center of attention at some point of the night. He almost needs no introduction, but here is one anyways. He met Patrick, Yonah, and our friend Yohannes, Freshman year at Appalachian State. We quickly became friends and joined Delta Chi Fraternity together our Freshman Year. The next year was spent scrounging up change for Which Which Sandwiches and getting breakfast before class at Sunrise Grill. From there, Patrick, Sean and Yonah were roommates up until graduation. We have stayed friends ever since.
Silas McRae

Silas was one of the fellow App State Grads that made the great migration to the DMV to do solar installs at SolarCity/Tesla. Silas and Patrick became friends while melting on the rooftops in the summer heat early on in our careers. Silas is the one always planning an outing. Whether a night out in D.C or trip out into the woods. He is also an avid Snake Farmer and Bean Connoisseur.
Austin Long

Soon to be Brother in Law striving to be on the next cover of GQ or Aficionado. Austin is married to Grace’s sister Michaela. He also recently joined the family when the two got married in 2021. He enjoys admiring the second love of his life, his truck, and sometimes drives it as well. He and Michaela have a dog named Teddy, and most of our time is swapping off watching each others dogs. The four of us also enjoy getting together for the movies and some Uncle Julio's.
Stu Johnson

Patrick and Grace's 3rd Wheel. He can often be found setting up the song queue and always has the music going. Stu and Patrick first became friends working at Cracker Barrel in Boone. At graduation, they both moved up to Maryland, along with Yonah and others, to begin a career in solar installation. Stu and Patrick were roommates and coworkers for 5 years, before Stu migrated west to Colorado. Stu’s favorite past time while in the DMV was going to shows 3-6 days a week and 3rd wheeling with Patrick and Grace when they first started dating. Patrick and Grace both enjoyed Stu’s company and the three of them had some great times in the DMV prior to Stu moving away. From D.C rooftops to Boat Cruises on the Potomac, there are too many good stories to tell.
