How do I get there?
Answer
The closest large(ish) airport to Bar Harbor is Bangor International Airport (~50 miles away). There is a small local airport in Bar Harbor as well. The city is approximately 6 hours away from Western Mass and 4 and a half hours away from Boston driving, but traffic is variable.

What's the housing situation?
Answer
Whatever you decide, we recommend booking EARLY as Bar Harbor can be very busy, especially on a holiday weekend. We are currently looking into group rates at Explore Acadia cottages and will be reaching out to see who is interested in this option. You are also welcome to explore alternatives in the area as there is an abundance of accommodations in Bar Harbor!

What are we eating? What if I have dietary restrictions?

We will be creating a wood-fired pizza menu for dinner that comes with a large garden salad and desserts for all. We plan to offer plenty of veggie options, but please feel free to text either one of us with specific restrictions :)

What should I wear?
Answer
Whatever your heart desires, this is semi-formal coastal garden party vibes. We do recommend bringing LAYERS as the weather in Northern Maine is very unpredictable and it can still be quite chilly in May. We will have blankets and heaters, but having a true warm layer is definitely a smart move. The venue has a covered outdoor space, but raincoats and umbrellas are also recommended as Maine can be rainy. If you want to explore Acadia bring good walking shoes!

Our venue accommodates 50 people so we ask that only the individuals on the invitation attend.

Yes, you will be able to park at the front lot of the venue directly off the main road.
