When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please respond as soon as possible. However, the deadline is June 12th, 2026. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as “no”. We hope you can understand as we need to provide our guest count to our vendors in a timely manner.

What are transportation options?

Answer

The Townsend and The Daxton hotels will offer shuttle options to assist with pick-up and drop-off. For those driving, there is plenty of parking at all of our event venues. Please reference your hotel concierge for shuttle information. Uber and Lyft are also always available in the area. Please do not drink and drive!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will both be hosted indoors with air conditioning. However, our cocktail hour will be outside at the entrance to our venue at Shepherd's Hollow (weather permitting).

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to limited space, we hope you understand that our wedding and reception will be adults-only with the exception of those in our bridal party. Thank you for your understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional. For women a floor or ankle length formal dress, gown, or jumpsuit. For men a tuxedo, or dark colored suit. Please be mindful that our ceremony is in a catholic church and formal attire is required.
