Are children invited?

Answer

All children are invited to the welcome party! But, in an effort to have space for all our friends and loved ones, only children in the bridal party are invited to the ceremony and reception.

What is the dress code?

Answer

For the welcome party, smart casual. For the ceremony and reception, women should wear midi or long dresses and men should wear a suit (tie/bowtie optional).

Is the ceremony or reception outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be in a covered, open air space but the cocktail hour and reception will be inside.

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

Renting a car isn't necessary but it totally based on preference. The Welcome Party is walking distance from the hotel and we will be providing transportation to and from the venue.

Can I park at the ceremony/reception location?

Answer

Yes! If you prefer driving, you can park for free at The Whitewood Ranch for the ceremony and reception which is around 20 minutes from the hotel.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It will likely be warm during the day (high 70s) and chilly at night (mid 60s) but November can be a temperamental month. Make sure you check the weather prior to traveling.

What if I have strict dietary restrictions?

Answer
