What time should we arrive for the Ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes before the Ceremony so you can settle in, grab a drink and a seat! If you see an American flag at the front of a paved driveway, you know you're in the right spot! Please note that cell service can be spotty.

Please park alongside the right side of the road single file so other cars can pass

Because this is an intimate wedding, we would love for you all to carpool. Please drive responsibly!

The Ceremony & Reception will be held at Ken & Sharon's private residence. 64 South Pond Shore Lane, Greenwood Maine 04255.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our Garden Party wedding is formal attire (suits for men and cocktail dresses or evening gowns for women) in any color. Pro tip: wear comfortable shoes that you can wear on gravel and grass!

What will the weather be like?

Hopefully sunny! Typically, an August day in Greenwood, Maine is around mid 70s and drops to the 60s at night.

Will this be an indoor or outdoor wedding?

Our wedding will be in the western mountains of Maine, because of this it will be fully outdoors :)

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

This will be an adult-only event. Although we love your kids; we thought you could use the night off :)

What is the grub?

Bird & Co. is a taqueria based out of Portland, Maine. They will be passing delicious appetizers during the cocktail hour and providing a taco bar for the reception. They will have a variety of protein options including tofu for our fellow vegetarians.

Brittany and Patrick will be providing 2 specialty cocktails for each guest. If you wish to have more than 2 drinks, a cash bar will be provided to keep the party going and keep you on the dance floor!

What is a unplugged Ceremony?

Answer

Please keep your phones on silent and put away during the ceremony. We want all of our guests to be present with us. Don't worry, we will have a professional photographer capturing all of the special moments.
