San Francisco
Walk the Embarcadero, drive across the Golden Gate Bridge, visit fun neighborhoods such as the Mission, North Beach, and China Town. There are endless options for good food and drinks as well as museums and live entertainment. For specific recommendations ask us to tailor ideas based on your likes and dislikes.
Muir Beach
Hike around this gorgeous area or just sit in the sand and soak up some sun. This is one of our favorites!
Mt Diablo
Take a drive up to the local mountain and hike to see interesting rock formations, wild life, and great views.
Walnut Creek Downtown
Close to the venue and hotel, this small city has a decent night life, tons of shopping, and many good restaurants to suit all taste-buds.
Briones Regional Park
Full of trails in secluded open space. This gem is right in our backyard and one of our favorite hiking spots.
Berkeley
Berkeley is quite close and is famous for many reasons. Stroll down Telegraph Ave for some lively people watching, go over to Shattuck Ave for some great food and maybe to check out the UC campus, or climb up Panoramic Way for some stunning views of San Francisco.
Muir Woods Visitor Center
A great place to see some beautiful redwoods. Outside of the main visitor's center there are many hikes you can do with fewer tourists.
