What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before to find a seat.

Is there transportation from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will take you to & from the venue. The shuttle will depart from Harrah's Casino & Hotel to The Haley Mansion. The first pick up from the hotel will be at 3:45 PM & will be making multiple trips up until the ceremony. The shuttle will make trips back to the hotel starting at 9:30 PM until 11:00 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot at The Haley Mansion. Guests are allowed to leave vehicles overnight if needed. Ubers can easily drop you off at the front as well.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitations. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, both the ceremony & reception will be limited to the kids that are part of the wedding party. We appreciate your understanding!
